Get a better grip with chalk. These handy blocks are perfect for handgripper training at home, or to throw in your gym bag for deadlifts, pullups, rows, you name it. We keep some in a metal bowl for the home gym and carry some in a small, lidded container to the gym.
Chalk bricks may crack or crumble during shipping. This is unavoidable but also kind of handy. We recommend you open the brick over your chalk container as it's desirable to have some dust and some chunks.
