HG 150 "An Intermediate Challenge"
Athletes who have a fairly strong grip can usually squeeze out a few reps with the Heavy Grips 150. It can be challenging for females and younger athletes, although those athletes can easily work up to the HG 150 in a short time with consistent training. Most athletes will find that training with the HG 150 for 3-15 reps over 2 to 6 weeks will prepare them for the HG 200 because the hand responds so well to resistance training with low repetitions.
