Shipping policy

Cannon PowerWorks is proud to offer all the top gripper brands in one place, allowing customers to save a bundle on shipping costs. We have made our rates as economical as possible and try to only collect enough to cover delivery and packaging. We hope to profit from product sales, not shipping and handling.     

HOW TO GET A SHIPPING QUOTE

Use the shopping cart to get an exact shipping quote. You can add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your address, and then see actual shipping choices before finalizing payment. 

CARRIER SELECTION AND ADDRESS ENTRY

  • Shipments are made according to your actual carrier selection at checkout. 
  • Shipment method may be upgraded at our discretion, but will not be downgraded nor will we ever change the carrier (except sometimes when shipping The Flask, or large domestic orders that do not fit in the USPS Large Flat Rate box, sorry not sorry). 
  • A tracking number from the carrier is always provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • We ship to your address as entered. International addresses must be translated to English, however we will note the original characters on the package. 

DISCLAIMER ABOUT INTERNATIONAL USPS FIRST CLASS

  • USPS First Class is attractive for being the least expensive option, but is also the least accountable with the least support.
  • USPS First Class shipments are not guaranteed by CPW, they carry no insurance, and USPS does not support claims for this class of mail. Choose this service at your own risk. 
  • For USPS First Class shipments, all handling and tracking scans outside the United States are at the discretion of local agencies and packages are not required to be scanned. 
  • We will always exhaust the research methods available to us, but you may have no recourse with First Class International. 
  • If you have any concerns, we strongly recommend purchasing USPS Priority, UPS or DHL services. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS 

International shipments are subject to local customs delays. Packages have been held in customs for a matter of weeks in some cases. Obviously, customs delays are out of our hands. If your package seems delayed, contact your local agency with the tracking number. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Inquiring about your package usually gets it moving. 

  • ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ARE DAP/DDU which stands for "Duty at Place" or "Delivery Duty Unpaid".
  • Any and all additional charges from import costs, such as VAT, duties, brokerage fees, and clearing fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping charges from Cannon PowerWorks only cover packaging and postage for the order. 
  • UPS international delivery fees have proven to be particularly high. Consider using USPS Priority or DHL Worldwide for the best result.
