HG 100 "Beginner" - This beginner gripper is perfect for athletes beginning their grip training as well as younger athletes, female athletes, athletes with small hands and stronger athletes who need a solid warm-up gripper.
HG 150 "Intermediate" - Athletes with a fairly strong grip can usually squeeze out a few reps with the Heavy Grips 150. It can be challenging for females and younger athletes, although those athletes can easily work up to the HG 150 in a short time with consistent training.
HG 200 "Advanced" - Even athletes with a naturally strong grip may have trouble closing the Heavy Grips 200. When you are closing the HG 200 for reps, your performance for any sport using your hands will be greatly enhanced.
HG 250 "Professional" - If you can close the Heavy Grips 250 even once then your hand strength is well beyond the average athlete. It's a professional-grade challenge!
HG 300 "The Gripper King" - The key to closing the Heavy Grips 300 is consistency with your hand-strength training and avoiding overtraining. Claim your rightful spot on the throne!
HG350 "The Grip Monster" - Thousands of Heavy Grips 350s have been sold however there are very few confirmed kills. If you can close the HG 350 then your hand strength is definitely world class. Consider yourself a Grip Monster.
